People will think I secretly like using the Turbo, I’m doing a lot more turbo than on the road at present.
Today’s turbo session, only 90 minutes or so, the first hour steady, then some intervals.
I finally got round to taking my Giant in to the shop to have the wheel and mudguards done, I ended up having both replaced. It worked out a little more expansive than anticipated, but it had to be done. The mudguards had to be “tailored to fit”, as the Giant has 700×25 tyres, with limited clearance. Now I can keep the decent bikes for the decent weather, and use the Giant for its intended purpose, the winter bike.
