Three days rest, the legs still work and that BPM is better

I rested for three full days after the Reading Half, not least because I have a twinge in my left calf. So, with the aid of compression socks I did a 7-miler this morning, and did okay. The legs still worked, not too many aches, and the calf held up. I put a picture of the Polar HR session here, and as you may see the BPM is down to an average of 156, much more what I would expect. Did I have a virus, or was it just adrenaline? I must figure out to make sure that doesn’t happen for London.
Fund raising progressing, I have move up to over £250 raised on belalf of Diabetes UK, don’t hesitate to contribute. Thanks
